No routine property visits are included. All on-site attendance is arranged separately.
Additional costs & services
The management fee covers remote coordination and administration, not third-party services or physical attendance. The following are charged separately:

How we work
Nothing is charged without your knowledge. Third-party costs are paid by the owner; AHG does not advance owner expenses. Any physical property access must be arranged with appropriate tenant consent and in accordance with the tenancy agreement and applicable law.
Important terms
The 5% fee is proposed on the agreed monthly rent. The treatment of vacant periods, unpaid rent, taxes/VAT (if applicable), scope limits and extraordinary requests will be specified in the service agreement. AHG does not guarantee rent payment, provide legal representation or include tenant-finding or brokerage services. The service is subject to confirmation of applicable Greek legal, tax and licensing requirements.
What we can take on
Long term or seasonal
Long-term letting and short-term seasonal stays are treated as separate products, with different operations and obligations. Any regulated letting activity is arranged in line with Greek law, directly or with a qualified partner.
