Pricing is based on total property size. Properties over 200 m², villas, multi-level residences and homes with additional facilities are priced individually.
Inside every visit
Your keys are held under the AHG Secure Key Protocol, with authorised property access carefully coordinated.
Regular checks cover agreed areas of your home and conclude with photos and a Digital Home Check Report.
Mail is checked, and eligible plans include forwarding or managing approved property-related bills.
Approved cleaners, tradespeople, technicians, servicing and minor repairs are arranged and followed up.
Agreed utilities, temperature settings, key areas and arranged services are checked before your arrival.
Balconies and terraces are visually checked, with post-storm checks following significant severe weather.

Care watches your home. Guardian watches your home and coordinates what needs to be done. Concierge manages your home on an ongoing basis.
The monthly fee covers only the Athens Home Guardian services expressly listed in your selected plan. Cleaners, tradespeople, technicians, servicing, repairs, materials, purchases, deliveries and all other external services are paid separately by the homeowner. Additional AHG visits or time beyond the stated allowance are quoted separately. Nothing is charged without your knowledge.
A light refresh while you are away: dusting accessible surfaces, wiping kitchen and bathroom surfaces, airing the property, a basic floor refresh where required, emptying agreed bins, and leaving the home tidy. Professional or deep cleaning is not included.
Final preparation before arrival, including agreed checks of electricity, water, hot water, A/C or temperature settings, key areas, tidiness, and completion of arranged services. Cleaning and purchases are separate unless arranged.
We arrange authorised access for pre-approved cleaners, tradespeople, technicians and service providers, then confirm the property is secured after the visit where applicable.
We promptly notify you of urgent property issues and coordinate approved next steps. This is not a 24/7 emergency response unless separately agreed in writing.
